When dealing with a lot of inspections within a folder, it is often that you want to apply one action to multiple inspections at a time. Bulk actions make this possible.
- To apply bulk actions, select the inspections you want to apply actions to, they can all be in one folder or they can be in multiple folders.
You can select all the inspections by clicking the top left inspection button
Select the table menu button and choose the action you want to be applied
This process can be applied to individual inspections.
The options are as follows:
Move Job - selected inspections can be moved to another folder
Export - reports can be generated and exported of the selected inspections
Repair Recommendations - repair recommendation reports can be generated and exported of the selected inspections
Set Status - selected inspections can be changed to another status
Validate Inspections - error report can be run on the selected inspections
Delete - selected inspections can be deleted
